According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council on Issuing Opinions on Strengthening the Work of the Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation in the New Era and the Notice of the General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government on Issuing the Working Rules for Caring for the Next Generation in Heilongjiang Province，Refer to the setting of provincial and Suihua Customs working committee，Approved by the municipal Party Committee and the municipal government，Now the city at all levels of customs organizations unified adjustment standards，Set as follows。

1. Municipal Work Committee for Caring for the Next Generation

There are 1 director, 1 Executive Director (responsible for daily work), 1 executive deputy Director and 3 resident deputy directors。The director shall be concurrently held by the head of the Municipal Party Committee, the executive director and the executive deputy director shall be the veteran comrade who retired from the leadership team at the same level, and the deputy director shall be the retired veteran comrade who is suitable for the work of the Customs Work Committee。

The members (members) of the Municipal Customs Work Committee are composed of 22 departments (including group organizations)，Member Units:Municipal Party Committee Office, Municipal Government Office, Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department, Municipal Party Committee Political and Legal Committee, Municipal Justice Bureau, Municipal Court, Municipal Procuratorate, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Working Committee of Municipal organs, Municipal Education Bureau, Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, Municipal Media Center, Municipal Economic Information Center, Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Youth League Committee,Municipal Women's Federation, Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation。The municipal Customs and Communication Commission has an office, which is responsible for daily work, and the office is managed by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee。

Five, the school care for the next generation work committee

Upgrade the school close work leading group to the Work Committee for Caring for the Next generation。The director of the school Party branch (General Party branch) secretary concurrently, the executive deputy director by the senior members of the same level of leadership retired comrades, deputy director by the vice president of politics and education concurrently。The members of the Committee are the director of politics and education, the secretary of the Communist Youth League, the counselor of the Young Pioneers, and the chairman of the trade union。

6. Communities and administrative villages shall set up close work groups

The name of the former Customs Leading Group was cancelled and changed to the Working Group on Caring for the Next Generation (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Working Group)。The leader is the Party branch secretary, the deputy leader is an old comrade, and three members are from the comprehensive service center, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation and other relevant personnel。

7. Private enterprises with Party organizations shall establish a working committee for caring for the next generation

The director shall be the leader of the Party organization of the enterprise, and the executive deputy director shall be a retired veteran comrade。Members of the Customs Work Committee shall be responsible persons of the Communist Youth League, women's Federations and trade unions。

8. Cancel the natural customs work activity group

The removed personnel are enriched to the village five old team, or serve as members of the village close work group。
