(5) to guide the administration and protection of water conservancy facilities, water cities and their shorelines;To guide the management and development of the city's rivers, lakes and beaches;To be responsible for sand mining, licensing, supervision and management of river channels;To guide the construction and operation management of municipal water conservancy projects;To organize and implement controlled construction and operation management of water conservancy projects;To guide the management of fish culture in reservoirs and the construction and management of water conservancy scenic spots。
